The Lawsuit Department provides all-round legal assistance in the scope of broadly understood settling disputes. The legal assistance covers both legal representation before common courts of all instances, arbitration courts as well as the Client’s representation in settling disputes on a pre-litigation stage.

Lawyers of the Department have wide experience in representing the Clients during the course of negotiations and talks aimed at amicable settlement of a dispute, which results in spectacular success in this area. Lawyers of the Department may also boast of many years of practice in the Client’s representation before jurisdiction authorities, by which receive recognition of the Clients.

The Department renders in particular:

• legal assistance during the course of negotiations and talks aimed at settlement of a dispute on pre-litigation/court stage (including particularly negotiating and preparing of settlements and agreement drafts),
• legal representation before common courts of all instances; the scope of legal assistance rendering by the Department includes all civil proceedings (including protection of personal interests, obligation law, inheritance law, real rights law and commercial law),
• legal representation in administrative proceedings (of all levels) as well as before administrative courts,
• legal representation of the Client before arbitration courts, both permanent and appointed ad hoc,
• legal representation of the Client in enforcement proceedings and proceedings to secure claims,
• legal advisory in the scope of securing claims of the Clients, and restructuring of obligations,
• advisory in the scope of bankruptcy proceedings (including in particular representation of the Client in bankruptcy proceedings for the purpose of claim’s satisfaction, preparing restructuring proposals for the needs of the Client),
• legal representation of the Client in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection as well as before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection.

The Law Office for many years successfully represents the Clients before jurisdiction authorities. Among the most spectacular achievements, successfully completed proceedings for the payment of many million amounts shall be mentioned, in which the Law Office acted on behalf of one of the Polish magnate of fuel industry branch.

The Law Office also achieved a number of successes on the field of arbitration proceedings, as in the case where the Law Office was representing the Client in a dispute with the Polish significant clothing manufacturer, or during representing the Client in a dispute with a leading construction company.
