The Real Estate Department renders legal advisory service in all aspects of real estate transaction law, investments and infrastructure projects. The Department is comprised of highly-regarded and experienced lawyers ensuring legal support in all kinds of investment projects.

The full legal service in the scope of real estate transactions, including preparation and security of investment plans of the Law Office’s Clients. The scope of their advisory activity involves building, administrative and civil law issues. Moreover, they come with advises and experience about practice and tendencies present on the real estate market, especially as it comes to property developers, building and real estate management trades.

Legal assistance provided by the lawyers of the Department comprises in particular:

• legal assistance in purchasing real estate, including selection of location for an investment, analysis of real estate’s legal status and regulation of this status, examination of land and mortgage register and of map records, preparation of sale contracts and establishing relevant securities,
• preparation of real estate transaction schemes and infrastructure projects, implementation of both of them by preparation of all necessary and required by law documents,
• arrangement of construction process, preparation of contracts on construction work, considering in particular their character, functioning and different design variants,
• preparation of contracts on management and commercial usage of a real estate, preparation of rules on using common surface, contracts of lease and contracts for use,
• legal assistance in negotiations with banks and other financial institutions,
• representation of clients before administrative authorities during all stages of an investment process.
